Antoine, just married a few months, went up the mountain with Seraphin to learn how to handle cattle and make butter and cheese; all of the things that are done during the summer in the mountain home. He was very discouraged though, because he felt he would never see his wife again. The binding is discolored around the edges and on the spine, front and back. The spine is tight, but there is a tear in the back on the spine. Inside covers are discolored and the paper on the back inside board is coming loose at the spine. 221 pages, very good. There is slight yellowing but no tears or marks. 5.25" x 7.75" high. 12mo - over 6¾" - 7¾" tall.
