This is the Frank L. Baum story, adapted by Disney, of Dorothy returning to Emerald City. What she finds is that all the jewels are missing, and the buildings are falling down. What happened? Heavy library binding (NOT an ex-lib), has some scratches on the front. The book is wonderfully illustrated with photographs that appear to be from a movie. 41 pages, end papers are photographs as well.
