The prior owner's name is written on the fep and the outside vertical pages. There is a section where they include recipies for each area of the nation. There's even a recipe for sourdough bread! 720 pages, no tears, some pages near the end have a yellow mark at the bottom corner. 4to - over 9¾" - 12" tall.
