The information is great and so are the illustrations. It gives six steps for a child to relax and calm their bodies and their minds. It also gives several suggestions if one gets a nightmare from calling out to turning on a light to see that there's nothing scary in the room. The author suggests that then the book be given to the child to read it over when they choose. Works well for adults too!
