The pictures are very good. In the beginning of the book they give guidelines on cooking pork products, including a glossery and tools used. There is a photo and short biography of each chef, and each chef has about three recipes in the book. 105 pages, no marks or tears. The binding is slightly worn at the edges. The binding was attached improperly so that the bound pages do not go to the end of the spine, but are about 1/4" away. Does not affect recipes! 4to - over 9¾" - 12" tall.
