This brightly-illustrated book is full of stories and short poems. All of the characters are animals, and Uncle Wiggily is a large rabbit who walks on his hind legs. The color illustrations are brilliantly colored, and the black & white ones are as amusing as the colored ones. The cloth binding is green with a black illustration on the cover. The spine is not sunned, and has black lettering. The top corners are fine, the bottom corners are worn. Inside the front cover is the prior owner's name. A few pages have a light spot on them.
